When you are put in CS1 or CS2, the first thing that matters is Responsiveness! With “Just-In-Time delivery” huge penalties occur for missing shipment schedules, so the inspection of suspect non-conforming parts must be started immediately and completed before the truck is scheduled to depart.

Quality Inspection Services

Continental has created one of the most complete packages of Third Party Containment Inspection services in the Midwest. We provide a wide range of Sorting and Inspection Services in our centrally located Midwest Quality Engineering Center or one of our Attack Teams can be deployed to your plant or to your customer's plant to sort and inspect non-conforming parts.

Our Goal is to stop the flow of non-conforming parts and assist you in exiting containment as fast as possible.

With our staff of experienced Inspectors and numerous Quality Engineers, Continental not only responds with the right Inspection Team to handle the immediate problem but also has the ability to follow up with Quality Engineering resources to help discover the root cause of the problem and assist you in implementing irreversible corrective actions to the satisfaction of your customer.
